The N4 Human Resource Management Certificate is the start of a wonderful road to a career where no day is the same. Where you get to work on different tasks on any given day. You get to work with people from all walks of life, different backgrounds, professions, age, and experience. The best part is that you get to make these people feel good about their work environment so that they can produce good results for the company. Employers in all fields of business know your worth, which is why there will always be opportunities for you in this career.
This is the first of three courses in our Human Resource Management Programme. When you have completed all three certificates and have done 18 months of practical experience you will receive a National Diploma.

There are three in-house open book assignments (which you can complete at home) and a final exam set by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET).
NOTE: The external DHET exams require you to pay an additional exam fee. This is because external fees are not included in your course fees.

The qualification awarded for your successful efforts (passing your assignments and final exam) will be the National Certificate: N4 Human Resource Management. This will be issued to you by the DHET.
