N4 Human Resource Management: National Certificate

The N4 Human Resource Management Certificate is the start of a wonderful road to a career where no day is the same. Where you get to work on different tasks on any given day. You get to work with people from all walks of life, different backgrounds, professions, age, and experience. This is the first of three courses in our Human Resource Management Programme. When you have completed all three certificates and have done 18 months of practical experience you will receive a National Diploma.

There are three in-house open book assignments (which you can complete at home) and a final exam set by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET).

May/June and October/November

August – October/November exam

NOTE: The external DHET exams require you to pay an additional exam fee. This is because external fees are not  included in your course fees.
