The key to avoiding things like that and providing high-quality childcare is an Educare qualification.
What is Educare Exactly?
Educare is a specialised field of education that teaches you everything you need to know about teaching children before they are old enough to go to school. It gives you all the tools you need to influence a child’s development in the first few years of their life. These include things like language and numeracy skills. You will also cover topics like first aid and what to do in the case of an emergency. There are many institutions that offer Educare courses, classes, certificates, diplomas, and even degrees. Most universities offer degrees that take between two to four years to complete depending on the institution. You can also choose to specialise in Special Education. That is specialised training for working with children who have special needs.
